Reservation Procedures & Policies
Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, checks, travelers checks and cash. We honor telephone reservations with your card number and expiration date, or your check for advance payment.
Deposits
All reservations require deposits on a per room, per night basis. Amounts are based on room rates & dates.
Minimum Stays
All of the in-season, weekend reservations require a 2-day minimum stay. Some weekends (graduations, home coming, etc.) reservations require a 3-day minimum stay.
Discounts
Special rates and discounts are available for more than three nights stay (10%) and for more then 5 nights stay (15%). Special rates may be also available for weddings, reunions and other special events. Please call your hostess, Wanda Grunberg at: 1-607-589-4771 or e-mail logcountryinn@gmail.com.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made ten (10) days prior to scheduled arrival date, or (in the event your place is not taken by another guest) you will be responsible for full payment.
Guests who depart earlier than specified in the confirmed reservation will be charged for the full duration of their stay. On regular weekends, if you plan to shorten your stay, 3 days advance notice is required, or you will be responsible for full payment.
Some weekends (graduations, home coming, etc.) require full payment in advance, which will not be refunded upon cancellation. During these weekends the 10-day cancellation policy does not apply.
Arrivals and Departures
Check in time is 3 pm to 10pm. For later arrivals please call in advance. Checkout time is before 11am. Every effort will be made to accomodate our guests if circumstances require a different time of departure, please contact your hostess Wanda at: 1-607-589-4771 or at logcountryinn@gmail.com.
Breakfast
Full European breakfast, which includes cheese blinzes or Russian pancakes is served for our guests at: 8AM, 9 AM and 10AM. A vegetarian or vegan breakfast is available upon request. We will accomodate our guests if circumstances require a different time of serving breakfast.
Children
Children of all ages are welcome.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates for you, your friends and your family are available upon request.
Smoking
The Inn maintains a no smoking policy in all rooms and suites.
Pets
Pets are welcome in selected rooms.
